1. Promotion Overview

Amped Comics is offering a limited run of 10 (ten) Christmas Mystery Boxes. Each Mystery Box contains five (5) blind bag comic packs.

One (1) Mystery Box will additionally contain a CGC-graded comic slab (Avengers #55, CGC 8.5) (“Grand Prize”).

2. Purchase & Eligibility

• 
  Mystery Boxes are available for purchase on ampedcomics.com while supplies last.
  
• 
  Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older.
  

3. How the Grand Prize Is Awarded

• 
  Each Mystery Box is assigned a unique random number at the time of sale.
  
• 
  After sales conclude, one (1) box number will be selected at random using Random.org.
  
• 
  The Mystery Box corresponding to the randomly selected number will receive the CGC-graded Avengers #55 slab.
  

4. Drawing Date

• 
  The random drawing will take place on December 30, 2025.
  
• 
  The drawing may be recorded or livestreamed for transparency.
  

5. Unsold Boxes

• 
  If all ten (10) Mystery Boxes are not sold by December 30, 2025, Amped Comics will be deemed to have purchased the remaining unsold boxes.
  
• 
  Unsold boxes assigned to Amped Comics are still included in the random draw.
  
• 
  If the CGC slab is assigned to a box purchased by Amped Comics, the slab will not be distributed and no substitute prize will be provided.
  

6. Shipping

• 
  All Mystery Boxes will ship on December 30, 2025, regardless of sellout status.
  
• 
  Shipping is limited to addresses within the United States unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  
• 
  Amped Comics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond its control.
  

7. Odds

• 
  Odds of receiving the CGC slab depend on the total number of Mystery Boxes sold.
  
• 
  Maximum odds are 1 in 10.
  

8. No Guarantee of Value

• 
  All Mystery Boxes are sold as-is.
  
• 
  Comic contents, grades, and values are not guaranteed.
  
• 
  No refunds, exchanges, or substitutions will be provided.
  

9. Limitation of Liability

Amped Comics is not responsible for:

• 
  Technical failures
  
• 
  Lost or damaged shipments
  
• 
  Errors in random number assignment or drawing
  
• 
  Acts of God or events beyond reasonable control
  

10. General Conditions

• 
  By purchasing a Mystery Box, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  
• 
  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances compromise the integrity of the promotion.
