Amped Comics – New Mutants 98 Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States (50 states & D.C.) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Amped Comics LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Begins Jan 26th, 2026 and ends Feb 28th, 2026 (ET). The Sponsor’s server is the official time-keeping device.

4. How to Enter

A. Purchase Method (Online at ampedcomics.com): Receive one (1) entry for every $1 spent on eligible products (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts) during the Sweepstakes Period. Returns or refunds void associated entries.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To receive one (1) entry without a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), valid email address, telephone number, and date of birth on a 3"×5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Each envelope must be mailed separately. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by Feb 28, 2026 and received by March 3, 2026 to be eligible. Photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries are not accepted.

C. Bonus Entry Opportunities (No Purchase Required):

Any purchases of $100 or more get 40 bonus entries.

5. Prizes

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and use.

6. Winner Selection & Odds

Sponsor or its designee will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about March 4th 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified via email (and/or phone) using the contact information provided and may be required to complete and return an eligibility affidavit and liability/publicity release within 5 days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to return required documents on time, prize may be forfeited and an alternate selected.

8. Publicity

Where permitted by law, by accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name, likeness, social handle, city/state, and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or acts in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

10. Release & Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention; (b) technical errors; (c) printing errors; (d) lost/delayed mail; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property.

11. Dispute Resolution

To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration administered in accordance with applicable rules. Entrants waive the right to seek or obtain injunctive or other equitable relief.

12. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Florida without regard to conflict of laws principles.

13. Privacy

Information submitted is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
